Food Sensitivities & Intolerances

If bloating, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain, fatigue or skin flare-ups seem linked to food, we help you find the cause step by step: detailed food history, symptom tracking and a structured elimination and reintroduction plan.

Food sensitivity testing

Our approach

  • Rule out conditions such as celiac disease and lactose intolerance with your doctor
  • Track food and symptoms for 1–2 weeks to find patterns
  • Remove likely triggers for a short, defined period
  • Reintroduce foods one at a time to confirm what truly bothers you
  • Rebuild the widest, most nourishing diet you can enjoy

About testing

Lab-based allergy testing is ordered by a medical provider. Many "food sensitivity" blood tests are not reliable for diagnosing intolerances, so we recommend talking with a dietitian before you pay for one. We can order food sensitivity and allergy panels for you, then use the results to guide your plan.

Food sensitivity + allergy panel: $319

An IgE allergy panel (150+ foods and environmental allergens) plus an IgG food sensitivity panel (250+ foods). One blood draw near you.

An honest note: a test alone rarely gives the full answer. IgG results show what your body has been exposed to, not proof that a food causes your symptoms. The test works best as a starting point for an elimination and reintroduction plan with a dietitian. The dietitian visit is booked separately and can usually be billed to insurance.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a food allergy and a food intolerance?

An allergy involves the immune system and can be dangerous. An intolerance causes uncomfortable symptoms such as bloating but is not life-threatening. They are tested and managed differently.

Are IgG food sensitivity tests accurate?

Major allergy organizations do not recommend IgG tests to diagnose food intolerance. A supervised elimination and reintroduction plan is more reliable.
