Gut Health & GI Nutrition Support

Bloating, pain, reflux and unpredictable bathroom trips affect every part of life. Our dietitians use proven, structured approaches like the low-FODMAP diet to find your triggers and widen your diet again.

Gut Health nutrition counseling

Is this for you?

  • You have IBS, SIBO, IBD (Crohn’s or colitis) or celiac disease
  • You have frequent bloating, gas, constipation or diarrhea
  • You have acid reflux or GERD
  • You have cut out so many foods that eating feels stressful

How our dietitians help

Guided low-FODMAP

We run all three phases with you (reduce, reintroduce, personalize) so you only avoid what truly bothers you. Our team includes a dietitian trained by Monash University in the low FODMAP diet for IBS.

Fiber, step by step

We adjust fiber type and amount to help constipation or diarrhea without making symptoms worse.

Celiac & IBD support

Safe gluten-free living, and nutrition during flares and remission.

Symptom tracking

Simple food and symptom logs help us spot patterns quickly.

What to expect

  1. First visit: your dietitian reviews your health history, labs, medications and eating habits, then you set 2–3 goals together.
  2. Your plan: a personalized plan with meal ideas, recipes and tools, shared in your Healthie portal.
  3. Follow-ups: regular check-ins, usually every week or every other week at first, to track progress and adjust.

Visits are in person in Suwanee or Lawrenceville, GA, or by secure video in 25 states. More about visits.

Gut Health: common questions

Should I try the low-FODMAP diet on my own?

It is better with a dietitian. The diet is meant to be short-term, and the reintroduction phase is where most people need guidance to avoid staying too restrictive.

Do probiotics help IBS?

Some strains help some people. We review your symptoms and the evidence before recommending a specific product.

Can you help with SIBO?

Yes. We work alongside your gastroenterologist on nutrition during and after SIBO treatment.

Want to check your levels first? Lab testing through your dietitian.
