Women's Hormones: common questions
Why is it harder to lose weight during menopause?
Falling estrogen shifts where the body stores fat and how it uses energy, and muscle naturally declines. Protein, strength training, sleep and fiber all help, and we tailor them to you.
Do you help with pregnancy nutrition?
Yes. We support prenatal nutrition, gestational diabetes and postpartum recovery.
Can diet help endometriosis?
Some people find anti-inflammatory eating patterns ease symptoms. We work with you and your doctor to find what helps.
