Program description

Nutrition Solutions for Me (“we”, “us”) sends automated text message (SMS) alerts to our own owner and staff members who have signed our written Staff SMS Alert opt-in consent form. Alerts tell staff when a new inquiry is submitted on our website, or when a website or advertising change is ready for review. We do not use this program to send marketing messages, and we do not send messages to patients or the public through it.

How you opt in

Staff members opt in by signing our Staff SMS Alert Program consent form, which lists their mobile number and these terms. Consent is not a condition of employment.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with website activity, typically 1 to 10 messages per day.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
