Lab tests, with a dietitian to explain them
Order the blood work or food sensitivity test you need through us, get it drawn near home, and leave with a plan instead of a page of numbers.
How it works
- Pick a test. Choose a test below and tap “Buy now”, or ask at your visit. Not sure? Text us and we help you pick only the tests you need.
- Pay online. Check out securely and fill in a short form for your lab requisition. Our team orders your test, usually the same or next business day.
- Get your lab form. Your digital lab requisition arrives within minutes of checkout. Show it on your phone or print it.
- Book your blood draw. Use the finder below to see draw sites near your ZIP code with their Google ratings, then book with them directly. Quest tests are drawn at Quest, Labcorp tests at Labcorp; your lab form says which. Some specialty tests come as a kit you do at home.
- See your dietitian (optional, booked separately). Results come to us. To go over them and get a food and supplement plan, book a visit with your dietitian. Visits are often covered by insurance; call us for self-pay rates. The lab price does not include a visit.

Which tests we can order depends on the lab and your state. Prices are for the test. Blood draws usually cost extra (Quest about $10; Labcorp sets its own fee, which we confirm with you before we order). A dietitian visit to review results is booked separately. Lab tests are for adults 18 and older and are paid directly (not billed to insurance). Tests are not a substitute for care from your doctor; we share results with your doctor when you ask us to.
Find a blood draw site near you
Enter your ZIP code to see nearby draw sites with their Google ratings, then book with them directly.
Please note: we do not partner with, represent or endorse any lab or phlebotomist listed here. We only help you find the closest options. Ratings and reviews come from Google. Book, pay any draw fee and ask questions directly with the business you choose. Each test can only be drawn at the lab named on your lab form (Quest or Labcorp).
Why order labs through your dietitian?
- We pick the tests that answer your question, so you don't pay for extras.
- No waiting for a doctor's appointment just to get a lab form.
- Your results turn into a plan for meals, supplements and next steps, with follow-ups to check progress.
Lab testing: common questions
Does insurance pay for these labs?
Labs ordered through our Fullscript account are paid for directly, at the price shown at checkout. Your dietitian visit to review results is often covered by insurance. If you would rather use insurance for blood work, ask your doctor to order it and bring us the results.
Where do I get my blood drawn?
At a Quest or Labcorp patient service center near you (your lab form says which), or with a mobile phlebotomist at home where available. Use the finder on this page to see options near your ZIP code. You do not come to our office for the draw.
Is there a fee for the blood draw?
Usually, yes, on top of the test price. Quest: about $10. Labcorp: set by Labcorp; we confirm the amount with you before we order. A mobile phlebotomist who comes to your home sets their own fee, usually about $85 or more. At-home kits have no draw fee.
Does the lab price include a dietitian visit?
No. The price is for the test. To review your results with a dietitian, book a visit. Visits are often covered by insurance; call us for self-pay rates.
Can I just buy a test online without talking to anyone?
Yes. Tap “Buy now” on the test you want, pay securely and fill in the short lab form. Our team places the order, usually the same or next business day, and your lab form arrives by email.
Do I need to fast?
Some tests, such as a lipid panel or fasting glucose, need 8 to 12 hours of fasting. Your lab instructions will say so, and we will remind you.
Are food sensitivity tests accurate?
They can point to foods worth testing in a guided elimination diet, but they do not diagnose a food allergy or intolerance on their own. We always pair results with a dietitian plan so you don’t cut out foods you don’t need to.
Can my doctor see the results?
Yes. With your permission we send results and our notes to your doctor.
