Coming soon: Georgia has joined the Dietitian Licensure Compact. Once the compact starts issuing privileges (expected in 2027), we plan to offer video visits in these states too.
Live in a coming-soon state?
Leave your name and we'll text you as soon as our dietitians can see patients in your state.
How video visits work
- Book online and choose "Video visit". Tell us which state you'll be in during the visit.
- Complete your forms in Healthie, our secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal. We email you a link after booking.
- Join from any device at your appointment time: a phone, tablet or computer with a camera.
- Get your plan in the portal, with meal ideas and goals. Follow-ups and messages happen there too.
Tips for a great visit
- Find a quiet, private spot with good internet
- Have recent lab results and photos of your supplement labels ready
- Keep a note of questions you want to ask
- Being in your kitchen helps: your dietitian can look at your pantry with you
What we help with by video

Our dietitians also speak Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Vietnamese, Gujarati, Marathi. Meet the team.
Frequently asked questions
What do I need for a video visit?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and internet. You join through our secure, HIPAA-compliant Healthie portal; no extra app is required on a computer.
Is a video visit covered like an in-person visit?
Yes. Every plan we’re in-network with covers video visits the same way as in-person visits, including Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Your usual copay or deductible applies.
Do I need a referral for a video visit?
Most private plans do not need one. Medicare and some HMO plans need a referral from your doctor, the same as for an in-person visit. Your doctor can fax it to us.
Can I switch between video and in-person visits?
Yes. If you live near Suwanee or Lawrenceville, GA, you can mix video and office visits however works best for you.
Can I see a dietitian if my state is not listed?
Dietitians must follow each state’s licensing rules, so we can only see patients located in the states marked available. States marked “coming soon” are in the Dietitian Licensure Compact, which we expect to open more states in 2027. Call us if you are unsure.
Ready to feel better? Most visits are covered by insurance.
Book online in about two minutes, or call 678-250-3438. Visits in Suwanee, Lawrenceville or by video.
