Nutrition for Children and Families
Feeding kids can be the hardest part of the day. We help families with picky eating, growth, healthy weight and medical diets, with plans that work for the whole household and no shaming.

Is this for you?
- Your child is a picky eater or has a very limited diet
- Your pediatrician has concerns about growth or weight
- Your child has diabetes, food allergies, celiac disease or a gut condition
- Your teen plays sports and needs the right fuel
- You want healthier family meals that everyone will eat
How our dietitians help
Family-based approach
Parents and kids work together. We focus on routines and family meals, not dieting.
Picky eating strategies
Gentle, step-by-step ways to widen what your child will eat without battles at the table.
Medical diets made doable
Kid-friendly plans for diabetes, food allergies, celiac disease and other conditions.
Growth and healthy weight
We follow growth over time and support healthy habits for the whole family.
What to expect
- First visit: your dietitian reviews your health history, labs, medications and eating habits, then you set 2–3 goals together.
- Your plan: a personalized plan with meal ideas, recipes and tools, shared in your Healthie portal.
- Follow-ups: regular check-ins, usually every week or every other week at first, to track progress and adjust.
