Tameka grew up in Memphis, where watching loved ones manage chronic illness sparked her interest in nutrition. Her grandmother, who lived to 105, taught her that food is a love language.
She has worked in infant nutrition, high-risk prenatal and postpartum care, weight management and sub-acute rehab. Her counseling is warm, culturally aware and practical.
Fun fact: Tameka bakes custom desserts in her free time.
